Important Guidelines

Please read these instructions carefully before uploading your documents. Incorrectly formatted documents may result in application rejection.

General Requirements
  • All files must be clear, readable, and uploaded in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format
  • For multi-page documents (PDS, TOR, Training, Work Experience), you can upload multiple images - we'll automatically combine them into a PDF!
  • Single-page documents (Application Letter, Diploma, Eligibility) should be uploaded as one file

Personal Data Sheet (PDS)

  • Requirements:

  • Requirements:

Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma

  • • Make sure the TOR is official, complete, and readable
Eligibility (e.g., PRC ID/ Civil Service Commission Eligibility)
